Mr. Manchala Venkata Sudhakar is a Post-graduate Engineer in Polymer Technology from Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology, (1994-95). He has developed artificial caliper under the guidance of honourable ex-President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, who was then chairman of DRDL, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He has also done his Post-graduation (MBA) in Marketing from National Institute of Human Resources and Development.

He started his career in the year 1995 in Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology (CIPET) which is a Government Institute comes under Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers as a Technician in ISI lab for over 2 years. Then he joined as a Quality manager in M/s Holm K K extrusions, an US subsidiary of fortune 500 company which supplies automobile and white goods spare parts. Then he became Assistant General Manager (AGM) in M/s Rehau, Popularly known as The REHAU Group which is a family-owned polymer business, which works in the fields of construction, industry and as an automotive supplier. In 2001 he started a Bioplast products Co. which specializes in healthcare and laboratory equipment manufacturing of a number of products for the first time in India in plastic laboratory ware, which substituted glassware in medical and diagnostic laboratory sector.

In the year 2006, he started M/s. Symbio Plast India Pvt. Ltd., in Hyderabad, which is in manufacturing of Plastic Paint Pails, Packaging Containers, Industrial packing solutions, Plastic Dustbins and many more. It also provide Plastic Injection Moulding (Production) Service to our customers. The manufactured plastics are the combine of both commodity and engineering polymers like PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, Derlin, GF Nylon and other polymers in relation with the application of the plastic Electrical, Engineering, Automobile and Lab-ware sectors and also Agriculture sectors.

In the year 2018 he started M/s Virinchi Tool Tech LLP, which deals with design, development, prototyping and mould-making in Engineering sector and in the year 2019 he joined as a partner in M/s Hanbit Automations and Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. which is a manufacturer of Electronic Meters in Gas, Water and Electricity sectors and in year 2020 he started M/s La Komposte Environ Technologies LLP, a company which mainly works in Waste Management sector. All of them located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Apart from these he has many associations as in below:

Worked as a working committee member and Secretary of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Plastic Manufacturers Association from 2015-18.

He is also associated with Indian Institute of Packaging as a board member of Hyderabad chapter.

Member of Society of Plastic Engineers, India.

Working committee member of Indian Packaging Institute (IPI).

Served as an executive member for Environment committee of HMDA.

Currently working as a Director in Yadadri Industrial Cluster, a co-operative industrial park under the government of Telangana.

Associated with Bharathi Agri-Industrial park in Chittoor, in Food-Processing sector under Ministry of Food Processing Industries India and Andhra Pradesh government.
