As hails from a family where they are well known for social workers. His Grand parents' Statues have also been erected in 1980 in Gandhi Nagar, Tenali, Andhra Pradesh in India.

Mr. EP Reddy himself has a record of involving Social Activities since he was in Collage in his young age. He is an active member and a Director in NU-WAY Foundation which is a NGO established in 2007 and involved in various Social activities to serve under privileged and needy in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand & other states of India.

He has been extending complete support for mobilization funds as & when required for many social causes. NU-WAY Foundation works in education, health, water & environment, skill development, child development, women empowerment, old age & orphanage homes, village adoption with community & CSR support from various corporate companies. He is also one of the founder member of PIO India.

He is specialised in Industrial Vastu Advisor and has many clients all over the World. He is also been associated with M/s Symbio Plast (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd. located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, as Vice President - International Business Corridor.
